Information you provide
Inquiry forms collect name, organization, work email, job title, industry, company size, intended use case, details, inquiry reason and consent. They are used to evaluate and respond to the request. Successful submissions are stored in a dedicated hosted PostgreSQL database with application-level authenticated encryption. An inquiry reference, timestamp and consent version are also stored.
Abuse prevention and operational records
A keyed hash derived from the request IP is retained for rate limiting, with entries older than one day removed on subsequent valid requests. Web hosting infrastructure may process connection metadata and operational logs. Inquiry bodies are not intentionally logged by the application. No public lead listing is provided.
Local demonstrations and analytics
Demo inputs remain in browser memory. Workflow versions, watchlists and preference choices may be saved in local browser storage. Use Cookie Settings to clear them. No analytics or advertising provider is connected. An optional consent preference only enables future analytics hooks; it does not load tracking software.
Retention, requests and third parties
Inquiry retention and review are operator-managed; no automatic deletion period or response-time guarantee is implemented. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting EnowAI. Hosting and database infrastructure process data to operate this website. Our notification provider processes a limited inquiry summary for owner alerts and your email address if you explicitly request a transactional acknowledgment. This option is separate from permission to respond and does not authorize marketing. Private delivery records contain status, attempt times and keyed abuse-prevention hashes; provider acceptance does not establish inbox delivery. External source links have their own policies.
Do not submit sensitive data
Do not send patient information, passwords, payment information, trade secrets or regulated records. No claim of HIPAA, SOC 2 or other completed compliance certification is made. This implementation notice should receive legal review before additional data uses or regulated deployments.
